The Williams & Bay Difference

Williams & Bay Pumping Services has been in the septic tank pumping and cleaning business for nearly 3 decades. Ron Williams started the business with one truck in 1983. After ten years, Ron sold the truck to his son Joe Williams and the company has been growing ever since.

Joe has added many new services over the years including portable toilet rentals, sewer and drain cleaning, NSF certified septic inspections, sewer pump sales and service, drainfield repair services in addition to septic tank pumping to name a few.

Joe has been very active in the septic industry and has been a member of the Michigan Septic Tank Association since 2001. In 2008 he was elected to the MSTA Board of Directors and re-elected in 2010 to serve a 2nd two year term.

Williams and Bay Pumping Services believes education is a critical component when it comes to prolonging the life of your septic system and protecting the environment. Our staff offers free advice and are willing to take the time necessary to help our customers understand how systems work and how important it is to take care of them.
